These Terms of Service govern your use of our online pharmacy weight loss clinic. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to these terms in full. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. About Us

Pharmacy Weight Loss St Andrews is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (Registration No. 9012511) operating in St Andrews, UK. We provide prescription weight loss treatments via a regulated online consultation process, in full compliance with General Pharmaceutical Council standards and UK law.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

We reserve the right to decline any order where we believe treatment is clinically inappropriate or where inaccurate information has been provided. Providing false or misleading information during consultation is a serious safety risk and may result in permanent exclusion from our service.

3. Prescriptions and Clinical Assessment

All prescription medications supplied through our service require a valid prescription issued by a registered prescriber following clinical assessment of your consultation questionnaire.

Approval is not guaranteed. Our pharmacist or prescriber may request additional information, decline treatment, or recommend an alternative course of action, including referral to your GP. We do not supply prescription-only medicines without appropriate clinical justification.

You are responsible for ensuring all information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date. Please notify us of any changes to your health, medication, or medical history before reordering.

4. Payment

Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely via encrypted payment systems.

Prices displayed include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

If your order is not approved following clinical review, you will receive a full refund within 5 to 7 working days.

5. Delivery

Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery is via tracked courier service to UK addresses only.

While we endeavour to meet delivery estimates, we cannot guarantee delivery times due to factors outside our control, including courier delays or adverse weather. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party delivery providers.

All parcels are dispatched in plain, discreet packaging. You must ensure someone is available to receive the delivery or that a safe delivery instruction is provided at checkout.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your order before it has been approved and dispatched by contacting us promptly. Once a prescription has been issued and the medication dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

Due to the nature of prescription medicines and legal requirements for safe storage and handling, we are unable to accept returns of medication once dispatched, unless the product is faulty or incorrectly supplied. In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 are not affected, except where exemptions apply to medicinal products for health and safety reasons.

7. Medical Disclaimer

Our service is not a substitute for face-to-face medical care. We do not provide emergency medical advice or treatment. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 999 or attend your nearest A&E immediately.
